1. About These Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms (collectively, the "Platforms") operated by JATUAL PARIS.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platforms immediately.
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Platforms only. They do not govern the purchase of products, which is covered by our separate Conditions of Sale, or the handling of your personal data, which is covered by our Privacy & Cookie Policy. Both documents are available on our website.
JATUAL PARIS operates these Platforms in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading through Modern Technology, UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection as amended, and all other applicable UAE federal and Abu Dhabi laws.
2. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
All content featured or displayed on the Platforms, including text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations, software, and the overall design and "look and feel" (collectively, the "Materials"), is owned by JATUAL PARIS, its licensors, or its content providers. All elements are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, moral rights, and other applicable intellectual property laws in the UAE and internationally.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platforms are registered and unregistered trademarks of JATUAL PARIS. Nothing on the Platforms should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.
You are authorized to view, print, and download Materials for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content from the Platforms without our prior written consent.
JATUAL PARIS makes no representation that the Materials are appropriate or available for use in every country. You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws in your country of access.
3. Our Products and Transparency
JATUAL PARIS specializes in high-jewelry creations featuring laboratory-grown CVD diamonds and responsibly sourced gemstones. All diamonds sold by JATUAL PARIS are laboratory-grown and are clearly identified as such on all product listings and certificates. We are committed to full transparency regarding the origin and nature of all materials used in our pieces.
While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information on the Platforms are accurate and current, we do not warrant that all content is error-free. The appearance of products on screen may vary depending on your device's display settings — slight color or detail differences between digital images and physical pieces are normal and do not constitute a defect.
4. Virtual Try-On Tool
Where available, our Virtual Try-On feature uses your device's camera to overlay jewelry pieces onto a live image of you. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Camera access is requested solely for the purpose of the Virtual Try-On session. No camera data, images, or video are stored on our servers at any time — all processing takes place locally on your device and is discarded immediately when the session ends. This feature is intended for use by individuals aged 16 and above only. If you are under 16, please do not use this feature. JATUAL PARIS is not responsible for any third-party software or device-level permissions involved in enabling camera access on your specific device.
5. Eligibility to Use the Platforms
By using these Platforms, you confirm that you have reached the age of legal majority required to enter into contracts in your country of residence — this is 18 in most countries and 21 in the United Arab Emirates. If you are below the applicable age of majority, you may only use these Platforms with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You also confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a UAE, EU, US, or UN trade embargo or sanctions designation, and that you are not listed on any government sanctions list.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platforms for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm JATUAL PARIS, its clients, or third parties. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platforms for any purpose — including compiling data to train artificial intelligence systems — without our express written permission. This prohibition reflects our commitment to protecting our creative content and brand identity.
- Engaging in screen scraping, database scraping, or harvesting any contact or personal information from the Platforms.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Platforms, including by transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
- Using the Platforms in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Platforms.
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with JATUAL PARIS.
- Using the Platforms to promote, sell, or distribute counterfeit goods or to misrepresent the origin or nature of any product.
7. User Submissions and Social Media Content
JATUAL PARIS does not accept or consider unsolicited proposals, design ideas, creative suggestions, or marketing strategies. Any such unsolicited communication will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
If you post content to the Platforms or tag or mention JATUAL PARIS on any social media platform including Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Snapchat, or any other channel, you grant JATUAL PARIS a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. This applies equally to content posted in any language including Arabic, English, French, or Russian. You confirm that you own or control all rights to any content you share and that its use by JATUAL PARIS will not infringe any third party's rights.
8. Anti-Money Laundering Declaration
In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 on Anti-Money Laundering and all applicable AML legislation, by using our Platforms and placing any order, you confirm that the funds used for any transaction are from legitimate sources and are rightfully yours, and that neither you nor any beneficiary of the transaction are listed on any sanctions list or are residents of a sanctioned country or territory. JATUAL PARIS reserves the right to request identity verification and proof of funds in connection with any transaction, and to refuse or cancel any order where we are unable to complete required AML checks.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platforms and all Materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JATUAL PARIS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platforms will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platforms or their servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JATUAL PARIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platforms, including loss of data, interruption of business, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to access the Platforms.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our actions, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11. Links to Third Parties
The Platforms may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. JATUAL PARIS does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security of any third-party sites. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement by JATUAL PARIS.
12. Your Account
If you register an account on the Platforms, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at customer@jatual.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. JATUAL PARIS will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms of Use or applicable laws have been violated.
13. Market Fluctuations
Prices of high-jewelry creations, particularly those involving precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones, may vary based on market fluctuations. JATUAL PARIS reserves the right to modify prices and product availability at any time. Current prices are always displayed on the Platforms at the time of purchase and are governed by our Conditions of Sale.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE, meaning you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence where permitted by applicable law.
Please note that under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on E-Commerce, arbitration agreements concluded electronically are not enforceable for transactions with a value below AED 50,000. For such disputes you may also refer the matter to the Ministry of Economy's dispute resolution committee.
EU customers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
GCC customers may refer unresolved disputes to their national consumer protection authority.
15. Changes to These Terms of Use
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Platforms or by email where we hold your contact details, and we will give you reasonable advance notice before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platforms after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you should stop using the Platforms before the changes take effect.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platforms at any time where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
